Terms of Service
Last updated 8 November 2026
These terms are an agreement between DevPlusOps LLC ("DevPlusOps", "we", "us") and the organization that uses PagerMind ("Customer", "you"). The person who signs up accepts them for that organization and confirms they are allowed to. If you do not agree, do not use PagerMind.
1. The service
PagerMind is an AI SRE. It receives alerts from your Alertmanager or Grafana, investigates them with read-only access to the tools you connect, and posts a verdict to the channels you choose and to your PagerMind dashboard. We may improve, change or remove features. If we remove something you rely on, we will tell you in advance where we reasonably can.
2. Accounts and organizations
- You must sign up with a work email address you control. Each company may have one PagerMind organization.
- Your organization's owners and admins decide who has access and what role they have. You are responsible for everything done under your organization's accounts.
- Keep your sign-in methods secure and tell us at once at support@pagermind.com if you think an account has been compromised.
3. Your data and your connections
- You own your alerts, the data PagerMind reads from your tools, and the verdicts and history it produces ("Customer Data").
- You give us permission to process Customer Data only to provide, secure and support PagerMind, as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not use Customer Data to train AI models.
- You confirm you are authorized to connect each tool you connect and to let PagerMind read from it. Give PagerMind read-only credentials wherever the tool allows it.
- You can export or delete your organization's data by contacting support. After you close your account, we delete Customer Data as the Privacy Policy describes.
4. Verdicts are automated
Verdicts are produced by AI from the evidence available at the time, and they can be wrong. They are guidance for your engineers, not a replacement for their judgment or for your own monitoring, paging and incident processes. You remain responsible for decisions about your systems. Do not rely on PagerMind as the only safeguard for anything where a missed alert could cause injury, loss of life or significant damage.
5. Free credits and your own AI keys
- New organizations receive free credits to try PagerMind. Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred or refunded, and are limited to one grant per company domain. We may change the amount offered to new organizations, and we may withdraw credits that are obtained or used in breach of these terms.
- When you add your own OpenAI, OpenRouter, Anthropic or other AI provider key, PagerMind uses that key for your investigations. Your agreement with that provider, including its charges, applies to that use, and you are responsible for those charges.
6. Acceptable use
You will not, and will not let anyone else:
- use PagerMind in breach of law, or to process data you have no right to process;
- connect systems you are not authorized to access, or try to use PagerMind to change, disrupt or attack any system;
- try to get around workspace isolation, access limits, credit limits or security measures, or probe, scan or test PagerMind's vulnerability without our written permission;
- create multiple organizations or use domains you do not control to obtain more free credits;
- resell PagerMind, or copy, reverse engineer or decompile it except where the law allows it despite this restriction;
- use PagerMind to build a competing product, or send it content that is malicious or infringes anyone's rights.
7. Fees
PagerMind is currently offered with free credits and with your own AI provider key. If we introduce paid plans, we will publish their prices and tell you before anything you use becomes chargeable. Nothing becomes chargeable without your agreement.
8. Third-party services
PagerMind works with services you choose, such as Slack, Microsoft Teams, PagerDuty, Atlassian, Google, Microsoft and AI providers. Your use of them is governed by your agreements with them, and we are not responsible for them.
9. Our property and feedback
DevPlusOps owns PagerMind, its software and its brand. These terms give you a right to use PagerMind while your account is open; they do not transfer ownership. If you send us suggestions, we may use them without any obligation to you.
10. Suspension and termination
- You may stop using PagerMind and close your organization's account at any time.
- We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, puts PagerMind or other customers at risk, or must be suspended by law. Where we reasonably can, we will tell you first and give you a chance to fix the problem.
- We may stop offering PagerMind with at least 30 days' notice, during which you can export your data.
- Sections 3, 4, 9 and 11 to 16 continue after the account is closed.
11. Disclaimer
PagerMind is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, and we do not promise that PagerMind will be uninterrupted, error-free or that every verdict will be correct.
12. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data, even if told they were possible. Each party's total liability arising from these terms is limited to the greater of the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim and 100 US dollars. These limits do not apply to your obligations under Section 13 or to liability that cannot be limited by law.
13. Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify DevPlusOps against third-party claims arising from Customer Data, from systems you connect without authorization, or from your breach of Section 6.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will post the new version here with a new date and, for significant changes, email your organization's owners at least 30 days before they take effect. If you keep using PagerMind after that, the new terms apply.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the state in the United States where DevPlusOps LLC is organized, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. The courts of that state have exclusive jurisdiction, except that either party may seek urgent relief in any competent court.
