Privacy Policy
Last updated 8 November 2026
This policy explains what information PagerMind collects, why, who we share it with and the choices you have. PagerMind is operated by DevPlusOps LLC ("DevPlusOps", "we", "us"). It covers the website at pagermind.com, the application at app.pagermind.com, the PagerMind agents that investigate alerts, and the optional PagerMind host agent.
1. Our role and yours
When an organization uses PagerMind, the organization decides which tools to connect and what alerts to send. For the data PagerMind processes from those tools ("Customer Data"), the organization is the controller and DevPlusOps processes it on the organization's behalf, under our Terms of Service. If you use PagerMind through your employer, contact your organization's PagerMind owner about that data.
For account information, our website and our own business records, DevPlusOps is the controller.
2. What we collect
Account information
- Your name, work email address and your company's email domain.
- Your role in your PagerMind organization, invitations and access requests.
- If you sign in with Google or Microsoft, the account identifier and verified email those providers return. We never receive your Google or Microsoft password.
- Sign-in and session records: time, IP address and browser.
Customer Data
- Alerts your Alertmanager or Grafana sends us: alert names, labels, annotations and timestamps.
- The results of read-only queries our agent runs on your connected tools during an investigation, such as metric values, log lines, dashboard queries, Kubernetes pod state and host command output.
- Verdicts, investigation steps, your feedback and corrections, and the knowledge and settings you add.
- Connection details you give us: tool URLs, API tokens, webhook URLs and AI provider keys. Secrets are encrypted at rest and are never shown back to you.
Usage and technical information
- Service logs, error reports, request metadata and IP addresses.
- AI usage for your workspace: tokens used, credits used and the model that ran.
- Email delivery records for messages we send you.
Our website
pagermind.com sets no cookies and runs no analytics, advertising or tracking scripts. Our network provider keeps standard request logs, including IP addresses, for security. The PagerMind application uses a session cookie to keep you signed in.
3. How we use it
- To provide PagerMind: run investigations, post verdicts to the channels you choose, show your dashboard and history, and remember past alerts so later investigations are better.
- To sign you in, manage your organization and enforce your organization's access settings.
- To keep PagerMind secure and prevent abuse, for example by limiting free credits to one grant per company domain and refusing disposable email addresses.
- To send service email: sign-in links, invitations, access requests, credit notices and important changes.
- To support you, fix problems and improve reliability.
- To meet legal obligations.
We do not sell personal information, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not use Customer Data to train AI models.
4. AI processing
To produce a verdict, the agent sends the alert and the evidence it has gathered to an AI model. While your workspace uses PagerMind's free credits, this goes through OpenRouter, Inc. to the model provider it routes to. If you add your own OpenAI, OpenRouter or Anthropic key, it goes directly to that provider under your own agreement with them. Model providers process the request to return a response; their API terms govern how they handle it.
5. Who we share it with
We share information only with the service providers below, with the destinations you configure, and when the law requires it.
| Provider | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Cloudflare, Inc. | Website hosting, DNS, network security and the encrypted tunnel to our servers |
| A dedicated server provider in the United States | Hosting the PagerMind application, databases and agents |
| Mailgun Technologies, Inc. | Delivering service email |
| OpenRouter, Inc. and the model providers it routes to | AI processing while you use free credits |
| Google LLC, Microsoft Corporation | Sign-in, only if you choose them |
Destinations you choose, such as Slack, Microsoft Teams, PagerDuty, Jira or your own AI provider, receive what you configure PagerMind to send them, under your agreements with them. If DevPlusOps is involved in a merger or acquisition, information may transfer to the new owner under this policy.
6. How long we keep it
- Account information and Customer Data: for as long as your organization's account is open, so PagerMind can show history and learn from past alerts.
- When an organization closes its account, we delete its Customer Data within 30 days, and from backups within a further 30 days.
- Service and security logs: up to 90 days.
- Records we must keep by law: as long as the law requires.
7. How we protect it
- Traffic is encrypted in transit with TLS.
- Connection secrets are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM.
- Each workspace's investigations run in their own isolated agent, which has read-only access to the tools you connect.
- Access to production systems is limited to the people who operate PagerMind.
No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your information, we will tell you without undue delay.
8. International transfers
DevPlusOps is a United States company, and PagerMind is operated from the United States. Our providers may process information in other countries. Where the law requires it, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal information, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to withdraw consent. Residents of California and other US states with privacy laws have similar rights, and we do not sell or share personal information for targeted advertising.
To exercise a right, email support@pagermind.com. We reply within 30 days. For Customer Data, we will help your organization respond. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
10. Children
PagerMind is a business service for people using a work email address. It is not intended for anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
11. Changes to this policy
We will post changes on this page and update the date at the top. If a change is significant, we will email your organization's owners before it takes effect.
